RETURN PERIOD:
You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please ensure the return package is returned to us within these 14 days.

RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned sealed, unused, and complete.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return your order for a refund or opt for a gift card with an extra bonus.

REFUND OPTIONS:

Original payment method: Refunds to your original payment method typically take 7-10 business days after your return has been processed.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT RETURN?

Opened products or products without an intact plastic seal.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Items outside the 14-day return period.
Used or damaged items returned without prior notification to our customer service will be refused. The return will be voided and the products will be destroyed.

RETURN FEES
Please note that we are not responsible for paying customs fees (import duties or taxes) on returns. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your order. Please make sure you keep your proof of postage until your order has arrived at our warehouse. We are not liable for any issues if you cannot provide a tracking number or proof of postage.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES:

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can check the arrival date of your package via the tracking information you receive with your return. The 10 business days will then begin. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
